The night maintains the spirit of an ‘All Night Party’ to get you going to the weekend with two amazing 7-piece bands and our two master residents alternating every week.

SPECIAL EVENT FEBRUARY 09 - MISS AND MR BRAZIL FINAL -Guanabara hosts the ‘Mr and Miss Brazil UK’ competition, which has been running in the UK since 1995. Promoters, Jimmy Jam and Luiz Lula Filho are very excited about the biggest and best ‘Mr and Miss Brazil’ beauty pageant yet. Tonight, the Grand Final where the boys and girls finalists will model their own swimwear, a ‘homage to Brazil’ costume and a Gala outfit. The secret judging commission will consist of international personalities and professionals from the worlds of politics, fashion, sports and beauty.

First one to mix Brazilian music with eletronic beats, back in the 90's, Fernanda is considered by Brazil's media and public as the first composer whose electronic rhythms became popular on radio, direct responsible to open the way for many other projects. Her tracks "Tudo de Bom" and "Tem que valer" became radio top hits, reaching even the super-popular Brazilian Soap-Operas soundtracks. She produced music with leading Brazilian Producers & International names like DJ Marky, DJ Patife and Chico Buarque and her first album sold more than 120, 000 copies and was a Double Gold CD. Guanabara is proud to present FERNANDA PORTO to open a series of top shows on stage during 2012. She sings, plays guitar and sax, accompanied by gifted musician, Christianne Neves, playing keyboards, "cavaquinho" and percussion, with beats to be provided by no less than Brazilian top DJ Limao. . After the show, our home-boy DJ Moishe is in charge to keep you dancing.
